Help your yoga studio through this period!
We offer over 30 online classes per week during our closedown. We know that especially in this time you want to see the faces of the teachers you usually do your pilates or yoga practice with. We want to inspire you, also online!
How does it work?
Your yoga studio comes alive at your own home! On your laptop or tablet / phone you see the teacher – and he/she sees you too, if you allow the camera to be on. This way he/she can give you personal instructions. Before and after class there is a possibility to talk to each other.
Yoga and Pilates with your own teacher
Most classes are given according to the ‘normal’ time schedule. We teach from the studio in Buitenveldert to be able to guarantee the safety of our teachers and instructors.
Subscribe and pay
As usual, through the class schedule, but at least 15 minutes before. You can attend the classes with your class card, monthly membership or our new Weekly Online Membership!
Recordings of classes to watch when it suits you
With your monthly membership or Weekly Online Membership you also get access to the videos of classes the we have recorded that week. The codes and url’s that you need for that, are sent to monthly membership holders weekly. If you buy a Weekly Online Membership, you find the codes in your sales receipt that is sent to you after payment. See our price page for the options.
And then what?
When you have subscribed for your class, you receive a link to the ZOOM meeting approximately 10 minutes before the start of the class. Open it and we welcome you in the studio! Email us if you haven’t received it within 5 minutes before class starts.
Earpods or wireless headphones work best. If you don’t have them, don’t put the sound too loud. We don´t use music, you can use music yourself if you want.
Zoom gives some options:
– GALLERY VIEW : you see all participants. If you double click on the studio square, it enlarges.
– SPEAKER VIEW : the speaker is on a big screen, the rest of the participants is small
– you can leave your camera on for the teacher to see you and give instructions if needed.
