“Out beyond ideas of the wrong doing and the right doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in the grass, the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other, doesn’t make any sense. “

Biografie:

Yoga is a practice of kindness, first towards yourself and then to the world.

It is a body-mind experience that brings you closer to yourself and to the realization that we are all one.
Greatest teachings I took from yoga are acceptance,self-love, patience and gratitude.
Yoga is also reconnecting us with nature which is essential for our well-being and peace of mind.
All that I try to share in  my classes.
Also I believe that yoga is for everybody and everybody can benefit from yoga in their own specific way.  After taking almost 1000 hours of different trainings and workshops, from teachers and therapists from all over the world. I try to create a class that combines western science and eastern wisdom and give everyone options of what you would like to take for yourself from yoga.

Favoriete asana:  Tree Pose

Waarom doe je deze asana graag / wat brengt hij jou?

I love balancing postures because they bring you fully to the present moment. Because they are challenging for the body but have elegance at the same time. Because they quiet your mind. Because they make you strong but require you to soften and let go at the same time.
Tree pose in particular is wonderful practice of earthing.
