She teaches each Monday at 4 pm and Thursday afternoon at 5:45 pm.

In the following video she shows you 3 core strengthening exercises, which are especially good for those who sit many hours a day behind their desk. Just these three exercises help to stabilize and strengthen the whole core (front, back and side flanks), help you to maintain a good posture and stay pain free. Try to do them daily for at least a week and feel the difference!
