About the course. The course is designed to give you a steady base for your own practice at home. You will learn the whole series of HYT exercises. Once known, they only take about 30 minutes and fit into the busiest lifestyle. The exercises are very simple and can handle even the women who have no previous experience with yoga. It is suitable to practice 3 to 4 times a week for at least 3-4 months. Hormone yoga therapy brings quick results. Moreover, they add joy and wellbeing to everyday life. Hormone Yoga restores the hormonal production and has a positive effect on the whole endocrine system. Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural treatment without medication, but with specific exercises reactivating hormone production. The series of exercises is dynamic with specific breathing technique to massage and reactivate glands. It combines Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Tibetan energy techniques and acts directly on the pituitary gland, thyroid, pancreas, sexual and adrenal glands. Two groups of women will especially benefit from Hormone Yoga Therapy, WOMEN IN MENOPAUSE and those TRYING TO CONCEIVE.

HYT is also suitable as a prevention for all women 35 years and over.

About the teacher

Lucie Agnima Aligerova started practicing Hormone Yoga Therapy which has provided her with enormous benefits and she felt the need to share it with other women as well. Her background is in healthcare and social work. She has always been interested in these disciplines and her fascination in the magic of human body at all levels gives her the base for yoga therapy. That’s also why she loves to be involved in the process of empowering people to reactivate their forces at the cellular, energetic and mental level. “My life’s mission is about empowering people to feel good in their bodies and to be able to take their health into their own hands.”
