“What you do is not important at all, it’s about the intention and attention with which you do it”

Mirjam van de Kamp

Biography/Life Story

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt the past few years, it’s how important it is to open your heart for all that life brings. That’s not always easy and it may even be scary, because it can feel very vulnerable. Still, I’ve experienced how beautiful it is to let life touch you, in the most amazing moments, but also the more difficult ones. Anahatasana helps you to open your heart, but still makes you feel protected. In that way it helps you to experience life fully, from your own safe place.

Favourite Asana: Anahatasa – Melting Heart pose
