Gomukasana – Shoelace
Why do you like this asana / what does it bring you?
In this ‘shoelace’ Yin pose, I feel connection with the earth. I can express my gratitude and go deep inside. Go inside – there, where it is calm and peaceful and full of love. In this pose, I truly come home to myself.
